NEBURIA is a real car-care brand with a physical U.S. warehouse at 9874 Gidley St, Unit B, El Monte, CA — 3,000+ units in stock and 5,000+ orders shipped. September's delays came from demand exceeding our inventory forecast, not fraud. Full story below, with footage. Over the past several weeks, demand for the NEBURIA E-Foam Sprayer has significantly exceeded our inventory forecast. This resulted in longer-than-expected processing times, delayed tracking updates, and frustration for some customers. We understand why customers who placed an order but did not receive timely updates began to question whether NEBURIA was legitimate. We take those concerns seriously, and we want to provide a transparent update on our inventory, U.S. warehouse operations, and ongoing production. 3,000 Units Are Now Stocked at Our U.S. Warehouse This week, 3,000 NEBURIA E-Foam Sprayers were received and stocked at our U.S. warehouse. Our warehouse team is now processing and shipping orders in batches as quickly as possible. Our No. 3 U.S. warehouse is located at: NEBURIA U.S. Warehouse No. 39874 Gidley St, Unit BEl Monte, CA 91731United States This is one of the U.S. warehouses supporting NEBURIA’s inventory and order fulfillment. It is an operational warehouse and is not currently open to the public. Please note: This address should not be used for returns unless our customer support team has provided return authorization and instructions. Another 5,000 Units Are Expected Next Week An additional 5,000 units are scheduled to arrive at our U.S. warehouse during the week of October 15, 2026. Once the incoming shipment is received and checked into our warehouse system, the inventory will be released for order fulfillment in batches. Customers will automatically receive tracking information by email after their orders have been processed for shipment. Arrival and check-in times may vary slightly depending on freight transportation and warehouse receiving progress, but our team is actively monitoring the shipment. Our Factory Is Actively Producing More Units NEBURIA works directly with the manufacturing facility producing our electric foam sprayers. Production is currently underway to replenish inventory and build a more stable supply for future orders. Each production batch goes through assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, and transportation before it reaches our U.S. warehouses. We are also increasing our inventory planning and production capacity to reduce the risk of another severe shortage. Why Did Some Orders Take So Long? Our recent delays were caused by a combination of unexpectedly high demand, limited available inventory, international freight scheduling, customs processing, and the time required to receive products into our U.S. warehouse system. However, we also recognize that our communication did not always keep pace with the delays. Some customers waited too long for clear answers or updated tracking information. That is our responsibility, and we are working to improve both order communication and customer support response times. A shipping label or tracking number may sometimes be created before the carrier completes its first physical scan. During periods of high order volume, this can make an order appear inactive temporarily even though it is still moving through the fulfillment process. Is NEBURIA a Scam? No. NEBURIA is a real car-care brand with active production, physical inventory, and U.S.-based warehouse fulfillment. We understand that customers should not have to rely on words alone. That is why we are sharing real footage of: Our U.S. warehouse exterior and verified location NEBURIA inventory stored inside the warehouse Warehouse employees packing customer orders Our manufacturing facility actively producing and testing products Our goal is to provide visible, verifiable updates—not simply make promises. Our Commitment Moving Forward We sincerely apologize to customers who experienced an extended wait or difficulty receiving an update. The recent shortage exposed areas where we need to improve, especially inventory forecasting, fulfillment communication, and customer support capacity. With 3,000 units now stocked in the United States, another 5,000 units expected the week of October 12, and continued factory production underway, we are taking concrete steps to restore stable inventory and provide a better customer experience. Thank you to every customer who has waited patiently and given us the opportunity to make this right. — The NEBURIA Team
